SEEKING CHEF
We are seeking a full-time chef to provide exemplary meal preparation and kitchen management services at Collins Lake Ranch.
Duties include the following:

Menu development

Food purchasing and inventory management

Attention to diner needs and preferences

Establishing and managing food and labor cost controls to insure an efficient operation

Ensuring quality and consistency of all meal preparations
We are looking for candidates with:

Creative and innovative culinary skills

Experience in multiple outlets -- both ala carte and banquets
-
Good safety and sanitation habits
-
Thorough knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques

Experience with inventory and cost controls
-
Good job stability and excellent, supportive references
