SEEKING CHEF

We are seeking a full-time chef to provide exemplary meal preparation and kitchen management services at Collins Lake Ranch.

 

Duties include the following:

  • Menu development
     

  • Food purchasing and inventory management
     

  • Attention to diner needs and preferences
     

  • Establishing and managing food and labor cost controls to insure an efficient operation
     

  • Ensuring quality and consistency of all meal preparations

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Creative and innovative culinary skills
     

  • Experience in multiple outlets -- both ala carte and banquets
     

  • Good safety and sanitation habits
     

  • Thorough knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
     

  • Experience with inventory and cost controls
     

  • Good job stability and excellent, supportive references
